"Big City Plumbing was very accommodating to my busy schedule to fix a water heater leak I had and they kept in communication with me. Chris and Travis came out, very professional and very efficient. Changed out my expansion tank in a jiffy and even cleaned up all the water from the leak for me as well. Will definitely be asking for these guys again for any future issues."

"Peter and James were both very professional. After they arrived on time and introduced themselves, they began to explain what needed to be done and offered a verbal quote to get started. Once they got the leak area cleared out in the yard so they had room to work, Peter expressed concern over how poorly the shutoff, pressure regulator on other components were assembled. They left for a brief time to gather more supplies and completely reconstructed the area that was leaking right past the meter. Their new work even eliminated the need for one of the access panels previously in the yard. All for the original verbally quoted price. Excellent job guys!"
