"Honest, Fair, Truly Professional, that was my experience with Big City Plumbing. I had a failed 6 port distribution manifold between the 1st floor ceiling and second story floor that was leaking through the ceiling. After a referral from by buddy I called Big City Plumbing and explained my situation to Rafaela who was super polite and NOT PUSHY. I explained there was a newborn in the house and would like a plumber ASAP so she checked for me was able to set me an appointment for just a few hours later. I was also able to send them some pix and short video by text so they could see and give me their perspective and a reasonable estimate based on that they could see - THAT WAS SUPER COOL. They confirmed they could do it and explained it might be more or less once the plumber reviewed it in person. I got a call 30 mins before the plumber (Cris) was going to arrive, just as they said I would. Within a few minutes of arriving, Cris and his awesome apprentice Jason, (I hope I remembered that correctly) reviewed the issue and told me he would get this done quickly and that it would actually be LESS than the quote - even after making me a custom part! They were both quick, clean, courteous and professional. Cris answered all my question and didn’t seem bothered by them neither. While doing the repair, Cris explained some piping was not secured correctly and he secured with proper strapping. After the repair they reviewed what they did, checked for leaks and covered the hole in the ceiling with plastic so I would NOT have an exposed open hole – THATS COMPLETE AND THOUROUGH SERVICE. Like most people I talk to I find it hard to find a good trade business that hits all the marks. I really was expecting to pay more considering it was a same day service call, and that the part I needed was a specialty part. I usually don’t write recommendations as I am rarely satisfied and busy. Well Big City Plumbing took such good care of me, I just couldn’t not write a review. I BELIEVE YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY SATISFIED AS I WAS! Thank you Rafaela, Cris, Jason and everyone at Big City Plumbing – I APPRECIATE YOU AND YOU ARE NOW MY GO-TO PLUMBERS!"

"Great communication from the office. Workers were on time and explained the details of the water softner repair. They were also very friendly and Cris smiled often, it was nice."

"Chris and his assistant from Big City Plumbing came out to fix a water leak outside my home. They were able to quickly identify the source of the leak, and Cris explained everything clearly, and got straight to work. The repair was done thoroughly and did a great job. They also cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I highly recommend Big City Plumbing. to anyone in need of plumbing services they did an excellent job!"
