"Luis and Felix, we're truly amazing._As it turned out I didn't have the finances to cover the quoted price for the plumbing repair. My predicament was I had to turn the water off to the house to not have a sky-high water bill and I would have to wait until the first. Luis could have just said there was nothing that he could do.
