"Recommend signing up for the preferred customer program with Big City! Totally worth it. The plan includes an inspection of your entire plumbing system, ID any issues, drain your water heater etc..__I had a water softener installed today, and because I’m a preferred customer, they did a walk-through my entire home and inspected all my plumbing. They identified the source of a leak and fixed it on the spot. Once again, because I’m a preferred customer, I get 10% discount on any repairs. Luis "
