"I had Big City out in January when I accidentally destroyed my water main. They showed up when they said, I got a text prior to them coming and they fixed the issue quickly and improved the piping/shut off vs what was originally there. And the cost was very fair. Fast forward a month, and water is flowing out of my shut off box again... First thought is one of the new connections must have failed. Called Big City again, and they were out within 8 hours. Took a look and this time, it was on the City's side, so they called SAWS for me, shook hands and they were on their way. No charge for the service call because it POSSIBLY could have been the prior repair. These guys are serious about customer service. To all the people who think you can't find honest, reliable service folks, call Big City Plumbing."

"We had Homer and Josh out for a camera inspection, they were very professional with all that was done. Especially during this time of Covid, and took all precautions necessary. Even wore booties to look inside the house. I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs, and will definitely use them again. "

"The two men that came out were extremely polite, respectful, responsive, informative and professional. Not only did they show up on time and inform me on all aspects as they went but took into consideration the nature of the job and cost to me. That was so appreciated and is rare these days. If you are in need of some plumbing work I highly recommend Big City Plumbing. "

"We had BCP come out to work on our Pressure Reducer Valve that failed spectacularly. We had been waiting a few hours just for a call back from a "big name" to schedule us. My wife called BCP, and they were in our driveway within an hour. The gentlemen they sent were friendly, direct, and got to work right away. And to top it off, their price was 42% of what we were quoted by the other company. Great experience, glad we found them, they will definitely be added to our contact and recommendation list. "
