"I would first like to thank Raphaella who took my call and was very helpful getting me an appointment the same week! The day of my appointment I received a text notification with a picture from Homer letting me know they were on their way. Homer & John showed up within the hour of the text and ready to work on my leaking shower faucet. They replaced the part and voila my faucet was no longer leaking. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness to my issue and their professionalism. Also, the price of the repair was not outrageous. I will definitely us Big City Plumbing again! - DG"

"After being canceled by other plumbing companies, I called Big City Plumbing and they did not disappoint. Chris and Camden showed up with friendly, honest and very knowledgeable service. They repaired all the leaks from the winter storm and the price of repairs was very affordable. I highly recommend Chris and Camden for all your plumbing needs."

"After moving into our renovated house, we had many issues that the contractor’s plumber simply couldn’t fix. It was very frustrating because they were the ones who installed everything incorrectly in the first place. I was referred to Big City Plumbing and they were quick to diagnose and fix most of the issues. Joey and Camden were helpful and confident in what they were doing. I’m so thankful that the work was done properly and I don’t have to worry about those problems anymore. There is still a large issue to repair and when the timing is right we will definitely have big city plumbing come and take care of it."
