"Gerald Johnson and the guy with him did an amazing job!!!! I apologize for not getting the other guys names . The two guys were very polite , and repaired the leak quickly. This is the second time I have used this company and their customer service is beyond what I expected. The lady in the office called me 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were heading my way. I work so it gave me time to get home and I didn’t have to waste my time at home just waiting. I also got a picture with a short summary about my plumber. This put me a ease especially since I am a woman and live alone. I recommend this company highly and the plumbers !!!! They have my future business."

"Chris and James were completely professional. They were kind enough to take the time to explain what they were going to do and then showed me the Great results. I even got a compliment on my Star Wars posters. On time, friendly and reliable service. I will recommend Big City to family and friends."

"Big City Plumbing is amazing. Diagnose your problem fix and leave. Chris is extremely knowledgeable. In the past he has fixed things other people could not. Very glad to have there yearly subscription service for a 10 percent discount every time they have boots on ground."
