"Luis was friendly and listened to my concerns, gave me options on how to address these issues, at no time did he push his services, was very thorough in checking the plumbing fixtures and made several recommendations. I signed up for their maintenance program as it was my best options. Their office personnel/dispatchers are friendly and explain everything"
