"After some not so great customer service from Home Depot, I was happy to be helped by Big City with my water softener installation. Gerald and his coworker (so sorry I didn’t ask his name) were both extremely pleasant and respectful. And the work was done quickly and efficiently. I’ll use this company again soon for my dishwasher installation. I Highly recommend Big City! "

"Cris and Joseph were incredible!!! I had been really disappointed with previous companies but not big city plumbing. They were able to provide an estimate over the phone that was fair and transparent. Cris and Joseph were incredible and really provided an amazing service.
