"Cris from Big City Plumbing did an excellent job installing my RPZ backflow and completing the CSI inspection. He was prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the whole process. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard. I’m very satisfied with the work and plan to have them help me with my upcoming water filter installation. Highly recommend!"

"I highly recommend Big City Plumbing. Their customer service is excellent! Dispatcher Rafaela was polite and professional. I appreciated Rafaela calling me an hour before Luis and Chad were expected to arrive at my home. Luis and Chad arrived on time and did a great job installing my water softener. Luis took the time to answer all my questions and explained the benefits of the Preferred Customer Plan."

"We called this morning for a leaking waterheater. Big City was at our home by 1:00 PM. Gave us a price that we agreed on And Chris and Felix had the new waterheater installed in a couple of hours. Chris and his helper Felix were very courteous, kind, and certainly professional. Left the job like no one had been there. Were very pleased with the price, warranty, and workmanship! Highly reccommend Big City Plumbing. Thank you for a job greatly done.
