BCP is amazing
"I had a 500$ water bill when it was normally 75$. Not had a lot of luck with plumbers but one. Could not find the # or the name. But found myself waking up at 4am with their name. Big City Plumbing. Last time I used them three years ago they redid another co work and charged 800 less for it. Today, We were blessed by Charles and Camden. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and explained what they were doing. They were more than reasonable, found the source quickly, and fixed it. They gave me detailed info to give SAWS to get a refund. I even had them give me a price on a new water heater. I don’t think I have ever used the word “amazing” for plumbers. But they deserve it. Thank you for simplifying my life. "

"I am extremely satisfied with Big City Plumbing of San Antonio, Texas. This is the second job I requested from them. I called the dispatcher on a Friday afternoon and was given a morning appointment for the following Monday. This was NOT an emergency. The plumber was punctual, clean, and courteous. He replaced a leaky outside faucet, fixed a leaky shower and diverter, repairing the antiquated fixtures. The charges were reasonable."

"Chris and Camden arrived at my Mom's house and did a phenomenal job of installing our new water heater. They took me step by step on what they were going to do and also what they did after the job was done. They were clean and tidy with their work space and left it looking great. The job came in under budget compared to other companies that would have gouged my Mom and at this current time with everything going on it was greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch, everyone at Big City Plumbing and we will most definitely be calling you guys back with any other jobs that we might need in the future. You gained a very satisfied customer!!"

"Cannot say enough about Joey at Big City Plumbing. He showed up today expecting to replace my disposal. It took him a while to knock on my door. I went out to see what was going on and he was turning off my water main because I had a major leak that I called the city about yesterday. He told me the leak was on my side not the city’s. He called his boss to see what he wanted him to do. In the mean time, he changed out my disposal. He then went outside to dig up my pipe in the rain and repaired it. I forgot to mention he has a guy training with him. He could have easily said nothing about the water running down the curb but, he did and backed it up by fixing it. Joey you were Awesome! Thank you"
