"Homer came out and after telling him what I was dealing with, he was able to figure out what 2 other companies couldn't. He was percise, actual and most importantly honest. Felt like he took what I had to say into account and was help me make a decision on the spot. Thank you."

"I would first like to thank Raphaella who took my call and was very helpful getting me an appointment the same week! The day of my appointment I received a text notification with a picture from Homer letting me know they were on their way. Homer & John showed up within the hour of the text and ready to work on my leaking shower faucet. They replaced the part and voila my faucet was no longer leaking. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness to my issue and their professionalism. Also, the price of the repair was not outrageous. I will definitely us Big City Plumbing again! - DG"
