"This was my first experience with Big City Plumbing and I am very satisfied with their work. I had a tub faucet leak that had gone from a slow drip to a very fast one. Luckily I had the replacement cartridges and the plumber was able to fix the leak and he adjusted the faucet handles to be more aligned. No extra costs, I paid just what was quoted. I would definitely use them again."

"I can’t say enough good things about my first experience with BCP to repair the sewer line at my home. I obtained multiple estimates as this is a very expensive repair and ultimately chose BCP because the estimate was very competitive and because after speaking with Travis I felt confident they would be able to meet my expectations for integrity and service. Throughout the 3 weeks, the communication, professionalism, and work ethic exhibited by everyone, from the office staff, excavators, plumbers, and owner was bar none!
