"Chris and his assistant Jarvis were spectacular. Very professional and courteous. I had two dripping outside faucets replaced. They were here less than 30minutes and the job was done. Fabulous! I gladly paid the charges. Nice to do business with Big City Plumbing . Thank you!"

"After some not so great customer service from Home Depot, I was happy to be helped by Big City with my water softener installation. Gerald and his coworker (so sorry I didn’t ask his name) were both extremely pleasant and respectful. And the work was done quickly and efficiently. I’ll use this company again soon for my dishwasher installation. I Highly recommend Big City! "
