"I saw this companies ad on TV so I decided to give them a try. I needed a 20 year old (40 gallon) water heater replaced. From the moment I called I felt I called the right place. Rafaela had the best customer service I have seen in a long time. She answered my questions, got the quotes I needed, explained everything. I also asked about installing a water softener. Luis and James came out and I was impressed with their knowledge and their efficiency in getting the job done. Kudos to all!"
