"Gerald Johnson and the guy with him did an amazing job!!!! I apologize for not getting the other guys names . The two guys were very polite , and repaired the leak quickly. This is the second time I have used this company and their customer service is beyond what I expected. The lady in the office called me 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were heading my way. I work so it gave me time to get home and I didn’t have to waste my time at home just waiting. I also got a picture with a short summary about my plumber. This put me a ease especially since I am a woman and live alone. I recommend this company highly and the plumbers !!!! They have my future business."

"Joey and Joseph did a great job, they diagnosed the problem immediately with a water demand accessory we have installed but took the time to troubleshot and verify that was the issue. Super impressed at their patience and willingness to dig in and help solve the problem. "

"Luis and Joseph just left. They did a fantastic job. We had a small emergency and they were here promptly and took care of the problem with knowledge and professionalism. Luis was able to make some adjustments and take care of the problem in a timely manner. We appreciate Big City Plumbing and all the excellent plumbers they employ."
