"Chris and his assistant from Big City Plumbing came out to fix a water leak outside my home. They were able to quickly identify the source of the leak, and Cris explained everything clearly, and got straight to work. The repair was done thoroughly and did a great job. They also cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.
I highly recommend Big City Plumbing. to anyone in need of plumbing services they did an excellent job!"

Emergency work
"My water softener totally failed including the bypass valve on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. I had to turn off the water to the house. No water means no toilets -- a big problem. Gerald was out in less than 2 hours. He bypassed the water softener by connecting the water softener inlet pipe to the outlet pipe. Professional and timely service. Saved me money on a hotel. Now my go to plumber. Make sure your go to plumber makes emergency calls."- < Previous
