"Communication was great. Gerald was always in touch with me to make sure I knew what was going on and how much it was going to cost me before they started with the work. He did work on a water heater that I already paid to have installed and they did it incorrectly. So six months later, I’m paying someone again to fix their mistake and a gas leak. This is my second or third time using them and I highly recommend them."

"I received a notification from SAWS that I had a possible major leak and had used 3300 gallons of water in a short period of time. I was shocked by the notification, so called Big City Plumbing and they were able to come out this morning. They performed toilet dye tests, hydrostatic test and no leaks were indicated. Makes me think that the water meter was not working correctly. Chris and Paul were courteous, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely keep their number in my phone for any future services. Thanks for the peace of mind!"
