"Big City Plumbing has done many jobs in my house for reseating toilets, burning off epoxied kitchen faucets, same issue with garbage disposal but not burned off, to installing a new water valve and pipes to the bathtub. I started working for another business as an Administrative Assistant and Big City Plumbing is our go to plumber for excellence and they were there for us when we had a water leak emergency that had to be taken care of on Saturday. Thank you Big City; you're the best by far."

"I had them come and install and new water heater and a small plumbing fix for our house and they were a pleasure to work with. Very accomodating and provided great service. Robert was a pleasure to work with and would call them again for plumbing needs."

"Shout out to BigCity Plumbing. We had a leak in our bathroom a couple of days ago and had to get somebody over here to check it out. Peter and Tye from Big City Plumbing came over and were professional, humble, quick, and did everything to standard. They took the time to hear me out as I explained to them what was going on. Shortly afterwards, they started running different checks and test on what they thought the problem could be and took the time to explain to me what they were doing, what they were looking for, and why. Within a couple of minutes they were able to identify the problem and had it fixed quickly. Their prices were reasonable and left me with a 90 Day Warranty. If you’re in need for plumbing services I highly recommend these "

"I was not disappointed with BCP. I phoned and made the appointment. They called to notify me they were on the way, within 15 minutes of arriving. They were friendly, polite, listened to our concerns, then did a thorough exam of the problem system. They described what they found and the fix plainly, along with price, which was extremely reasonable. In twenty minutes they had everything done and cleaned up. In addition, Peter saw an item or two that could cause me problems down the line, and wrote a quote for me in case I want that done later (also for very reasonable price). I was aware of those problems and was impressed that he noted them and didn't push to do them right away, but left it to me. He suggested a tweak to my water heater to make it more efficient too. The system now works better than it had since we bought the house. I definitely put BCP as my 'go to' plumbing guys now. Very happy!"
