"Chris and Camden arrived at my Mom's house and did a phenomenal job of installing our new water heater. They took me step by step on what they were going to do and also what they did after the job was done. They were clean and tidy with their work space and left it looking great. The job came in under budget compared to other companies that would have gouged my Mom and at this current time with everything going on it was greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch, everyone at Big City Plumbing and we will most definitely be calling you guys back with any other jobs that we might need in the future. You gained a very satisfied customer!!"

"Cannot say enough about Joey at Big City Plumbing. He showed up today expecting to replace my disposal. It took him a while to knock on my door. I went out to see what was going on and he was turning off my water main because I had a major leak that I called the city about yesterday. He told me the leak was on my side not the city’s. He called his boss to see what he wanted him to do. In the mean time, he changed out my disposal. He then went outside to dig up my pipe in the rain and repaired it. I forgot to mention he has a guy training with him. He could have easily said nothing about the water running down the curb but, he did and backed it up by fixing it. Joey you were Awesome! Thank you"

"Chris and John were so efficient! They listened to my concerns and then fixed both problems- my dishwasher plus decreased water flow from kitchen faucet. Chris, then, showed me the cause of each issue. Chris is an excellent instructor. Lastly, they cleaned up the area. I am quite pleased with their service and highly recommend Big City."

"Peter and Travis were excellent! They communicated clearly what the options would be to fix a leaking shower faucet. Their prices are competitive, and the customer service that these gentlemen provided was refreshing. Will definitely call Big City Plumbing for future work, if needed."

"I called Big City Plumbing 4.5 years after they installed my water softener. I could not find my receipt and only had a calendar note that they had come to my house. Liz went through their storage and found my receipt and let me know about my 5 year parts and labor warranty. The plumber, Peter, came the next business day and promptly fixed the problem.
