"We had a leak under the sink which I couldn't fix. Big City Plumbing responded to my call Friday evening and sent a plumber out on Saturday morning. Everything's fixed."

"Water leak at meter that SAWS had assigned to. Big City came out and quickly determined that in fact it was a SAWS leak. Called SAWS back and they identified leak on their side. They will fix and no charge from Big City. Best outcome for me at the present."

"Garrett and his associate at Big City Plumbing were amazing! They quickly diagnosed and fixed my water heater, which was still under warranty, and handled everything professionally and honestly.
After being quoted $1,300 by another company, they got the job done for just $350. Huge difference and no hassle.
