"Thank Goodness for Big City Plumbing! Fortunately, I have not needed a plumber for almost a year.....however, recently I did and called my old RELIABLES at Big City Plumbing. It felt like visiting a relative you don't see very often but you know you're connected and remembered. As they always have, they showed up when they said they would, fixed my problem and charged what I consider a reasonable amount for services rendered. I'm old and found that when I find someone I can count on, I keep their name handy for future use. Their name is at the top of my "Reliable Repair Work" list. It's a comfort to know that for the past years - at least 10 - they have consistently shown me that they know what they're doing, charge fairly and always make me feel good about the results. Thanks Big City - and especially Luis who was so nice while fixing my outside water leak. J. Bennett"

"Extremely detail oriented and thoroughly checked all of my sinks, toilets, etc and flushed hot water heater Tech was never rushed, listened to my concerns and patiently answered all questions I have the annual home service warranty which is an excellent investment and saves money with preventative measures annually I always refer all my family, friends and clients to BIG CITY PLUMBING!!!!"

"Very professional and friendly plumber worked diligently to locate a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom and leaking into the room below. They figured out the problem, replaced the broken parts and put everything back together. The price was very reasonable. I've saved their number for the next time we need a plumber."
