"My first experience with Big City Plumbing was very positive. On the administrative side, Rafaela & Patricia were so helpful and friendly, worked to get me scheduled on short notice, and kept me updated on the status of my call, throughout. Chris, our plumber, was prompt, professional, and took the time afterwards to explain what had been done. On the whole, response times were excellent, communication was clear, and as far as I can tell, the tests and repair were done well. I'll certainly consider using Big City Plumbing for future plumbing work."

"Estimates were clear and concise, with no unnecessary upselling. The office kept me apprised of the scheduling of the work to be performed. The plumbers did a great job of repairing the problem. Will definitely use them again in the future."
