"Felix and Paul did an amazing job installing a water heater and fixing our kitchen sink! They were friendly and worked hard to get the job done. They found that the water lines were not installed correctly and made it a point to get it done right! Ive referred Big City Plumbing to friends and family and will continue to do so."

"3 years ago, Chris with Big City Plumbing came out to a job that was already started and he ultimately was handed a botched job gone wrong. He quickly assessed the situation and replaced all the pipes underneath my house (only due to the botched job by the previous company who convinced me tunnels and pipe replacement was necessary… that company had kept me away from home for nearly 6 months).
He identified the issue was truly between the city sewer line and my service line. Big City Plumbing called the city, explained the situation, and the city was out and fixing it quickly. Within 36 hours the service line at the sewer was dug up, fixed, covered (as well as repairing the sidewalk) thus allowing me to return home.
Today, I needed them out again, line was backing up. Chris came out to save the day again, while there was some grease buildup in my lines, there is something still unsure near or around where the city repaired a few years ago… the auger went in the city line with no issues, and the camera was unable to determine the true issue at this time.
I will be getting their Jetter service soon, ensuring that the lines remain free and clear of any obstacles moving forward.
