"We couldn’t get our pilot light lit on the hot water heater. Since we are close to the office they said they would send someone over on their way home at the end of the day. A nice guy came in and lit it right away. They didn’t even charge us. So nice to do business with a good company."

"Highly recommend!_Drain from the washing machine was backing up causing overflow into the garage utility sink and even the kitchen sink and would drain super slowly, leaving a black mush behind. I thought something must have gotten stuck in the pipe and nothing I did on my own helped._Called Big City Plumbing and got an appointment for the next day! Wally and Jacob arrived and snaked the backyard drain pipe for a solid hour. Nothing came up with the snake but the slow draining issue was resolved. My pipes work better now than they did when I first moved in! Only $175, too."- 1
