"Rafaela took my call for urgently needed plumbing help early on a Saturday morning. After I briefly described the nature of the problem she went to work trying to find a plumber and she succeeded. She called back to say that Geraldo would be at my home within 2 hours. Geraldo actually made it sooner than that and went right to work. He was courteous and friendly. He had the problem fixed in less than 15 minutes. He then performed a water hardness test because of something he noticed and found that my water softener was doing its job. Both Rafaela and Geraldo gave excellent customer service. I will be calling Big City next time I need plumbing services. BTW I have usung them for many years and always have received competent, professional service at a reasonable cost."

"Top tier customer service and incredibly reasonably priced!
Called about a pipe bursting in my garage. Big City Plumbing was able to get someone out here same day and fixed the issue!
Gerald and his team member were so incredibly helpful, fast and professional.
I will be a returning customer if I ever need plumbing services."
