"I had an emergency involving my pipes and water softener. Cris and James did an excellent job in helping me get my water back on and the resin cleaned out. The service was fast, efficient and personable. Felt much more confidence after the Big City Plumbing helped me. On a different occasion Cris and Paul were able to help me with reconnecting my water and kept me informed the whole time. Excellent company and team!"

"I am in the process of buying a house and I hired this team of professional plumbers to come examine all the pipes in my soon to be home. They did an incredible job verifying all plumbing on the work order was sound and in good condition. On top of that there was an issue on my end with scheduling that they impeccably addressed and handled flawlessly. Never using another plumber that’s not Big City.
