"My experience with Big City Plumbing professionals was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. I was highly recommended to them & they did not disappoint. Rafaela's professionalism, knowledge & kindness quickly put me at ease from the moment I called. She was able to get my issue scheduled in a timely manner & went above & beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. Chris & Paul were amazing as well. Chris explained every detail about my plumbing issue & answered all my questions. Paul was a great help as well & he and Chris fixed the issue promptly. I also want to thank Patricia for calling & double checking that I didn't need a permit from the city, therefore saving me $150. I am so grateful to everyone at Big City. Thank you so much & please know that I will definitely refer anyone with a plumbing issue to you all."
