"They answered the phone, they came out the day we called and at the time they said they would, we got a text five minutes before they got here saying they were nearly here with a photo of what they looked like, they put on masks and coverings on their shoes, courteous. Great work, great price. Will hire again! "

"We had a sewer back up. Called BCP and they said they would come out within hours as we could not use bathrooms, dishwasher or any sink. They came and got the problem fixed. They called the next day to check to make sure all was still OK. I highly recommend them. "
