"I would first like to thank Raphaella who took my call and was very helpful getting me an appointment the same week! The day of my appointment I received a text notification with a picture from Homer letting me know they were on their way. Homer & John showed up within the hour of the text and ready to work on my leaking shower faucet. They replaced the part and voila my faucet was no longer leaking. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness to my issue and their professionalism. Also, the price of the repair was not outrageous. I will definitely us Big City Plumbing again! - DG"

"Big City Plumbing was truly a blessing in disguise! We got at least 6 quotes from various agencies but they were the only ones to do a thorough investigation and find all the leaks and even fix what another company repaired. They are the most affordable and Joey and his team were a pleasure to work with!"
