"I thought I had a plumbing leak. Cris who has a great deal of experience, checked the bathrooms and then the HVAC unit. He found a flaw in the installation that was done when the air handler was installed which caused the condensation to drip in the ceiling down stairs. H blew out the drain line and checked what he could. I am amazed that a plumber took the time to resolve an HVAC issue. Big City is my plumber of choice. They are nice to deal with and very responsive."
