"Big City recently completed a service for us. They serviced and flushed the Stiebel-Elton tankless hot water system they installed for us several years ago and replaced a leaking 1”ball valve in our water well pump house. Gerald and Tim, who made the call, we’re very professional, courteous and efficient."

"After some not so great customer service from Home Depot, I was happy to be helped by Big City with my water softener installation. Gerald and his coworker (so sorry I didn’t ask his name) were both extremely pleasant and respectful. And the work was done quickly and efficiently.
