"I called Big City Plumbing as we had two outdoor faucets that needed to be replaced. One had a slight drip and the other was starting to give us trouble turning off. We wanted to avoid an emergency trip and was able to schedule them to come out the day after I called. Felix was the plumber who came out and he did an excellent job. Big City called before our appointment time to confirm we were at home and Felix appeared a few minutes early. He explained what he was doing and after installation of each faucet had us turn them on and off to ensure we were satisfied with his work. He was professional and friendly -- we will request him for our next plumbing job. (He also made friends with our most suspicious dog - not an easy feat.)"

"Years ago, my husband & his dad were looking for a reliable & affordable plumbing outfit to recommend to the customers of their hvac company who asked for one (frequent occurrence). I’d heard a rumor that my old friend & coworker had opened his own company, so I passed it along, saying I had complete confidence that Travis would be fair & excellent. (He did work for my very poor parents several times out of pure kindness, and at work I got compliments about him daily from customers who called in.) My fil would not recommend anyone to his loyal customer base without firsthand knowledge. So, when his water heater went out he called Big City to replace it. It so happened that my sister’s water heater had just been replaced by a company her husband wanted to use, and she’d showed me the invoice. My father in law’s total from Big City was HALF of what my sister paid, and the work was done beautifully. Soon after, our shower drain clogged, causing the toilet to back up and flood the bathroom and beyond. Big City came in clutch, showing up quickly and charging fairly. That’s when Big City became the only company our family hvac company would recommend (of any type - never found a worthy electrician), and we never once got a complaint about them. My fil has since passed, and my husband closed the hvac business, but we still call Big City for every plumbing issue, as does my mil. I haven’t seen or spoken to Travis in ages, so it’s not about special attention or discounted rates. We use this company simply bc we can trust them to show up, communicate, do the work properly, and charge a fair price. Integrity starts at the top, and when encouraged, flows down through the ranks. Thanks for showing the rest how it’s done, Big City!"
