"Cris and team did a great job on replacing by kitchen faucet and some toilet repairs. From the office staff in booking the appointment to Cris being on time and performing the work in a timely manner, all went well and we are happy. Will definitely call them again."

"My mother and I were very pleased with the plumbing work she received from Big City Plumbing today. Rafaela was courteous and concise when I called for an estimate. Joey and Joseph did exemplary work installing a new toilet, installing a minor toilet rebuild for her other toilet, installing a new kitchen faucet, and replacing two kitchen faucet cut off valves. We were both pleased with their expertise concerning her plumbing needs. We highly recommend Joey and Joseph from Big City Plumbing for their excellent work!"

"We had a new water heater installed, as well as a Pressure Reducing Valve (due to the high water pressure in our area). Luis and Joseph came out and did the work. They were very professional and eased my mind about the installation of the PRV. I can't forget Rafaela, who was wonderfully polite and informative._As many of you know, dealing with plumbing issues in an older house is worrisome and anxiety inducing. Kudos to Big City Plumbing for doing a great job and taking the time to explain everything that was going on.__UPDATE: Today, June 27, 2024, we had Chris and Paul come out to do a water heater flush and plumbing inspection. I cannot recommend this company enough!! The were so very helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. We are so pleased to have found a company that we feel we can trust. From the moment you call Rafaela, to the moment the plumbers shake hands and wish you a great day, the service is excellent!"
