"I had a broken shower faucet,called big city plumbing and within an hour Chris was ringing my door. Within 30 mins my shower faucet was repaired. I think that is an awesome response time considering it being Labor Day weekend. Thank you Chris for an awesome job and being a true professional. You have earned my business. "

"Thank you Chris & Chris for coming after hours after my shower cartridge became stuck and water was off in the house. Came quick and listened to my concerned parts in hand fixed my issue and explained what happened. Thank you Big City Plumbing."

"I called about a clogged kitchen drain this morning and that issue has now been fixed! Despite being very busy Big City was able to dispatch a crew to my house on the same day that I called. Luis and Chris became familiar with the drainage issue and began work immediately. Fortunately the clog was easily cleared and now water is draining from the sink as expected. The crew was polite and knowledgeable. The charges were reasonable and I am VERY HAPPY customer. "
