"I called about a clogged kitchen drain this morning and that issue has now been fixed! Despite being very busy Big City was able to dispatch a crew to my house on the same day that I called. Luis and Chris became familiar with the drainage issue and began work immediately. Fortunately the clog was easily cleared and now water is draining from the sink as expected. The crew was polite and knowledgeable. The charges were reasonable and I am VERY HAPPY customer. "

" We had a seepage leak of indeterminable origin. . Cris and John arrived and investigated. The found the source of the leak and promptly repaired in short order. Very satisficed with the work and the pricing. Cris and John were both very personable, professional, and competent. The kept me informed of status and progress as they proceeded with the repair. Very positive experience!"
