"I had Big City Plumbing come out to fix a leak occurring in my yard. Plumbers Tim and Luis came out on time, identified the leak (right before my pressure regulator) and were quickly able to fix it. They also recommended some other services which I took advantage of. The work was well done and at a good price, and they were very helpful and knowledgeable."

"From start to finish the process was the best service one could hope for. The intake call was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Prior to arriving I received both a text with a bio, and a call. Luis and Donald explained everything they were doing, quickly diagnosed the problem (I needed a new regulator and a tankless heater flush), and their service was exceptional. They cleaned up after themselves and walked me through all the charges before starting work. Most importantly they fixed the problems. This is the third and now only company I will use. Highly recommend!"

"Thank goodness for Big City plumbing, we got our hot water back on after 5 days. The booking process was quickly scheduled for service. Cris and Donald were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable as they quickly fixed the problem. Highly recommend!"

"I called for a clogged toilet and backed up shower. I received a call and text, with picture when the techs were headed my way. Professional, kind and knowledgeable. Within 45 minutes the job was completed. Byron and Joseph obviously knew what they were doing. The cost was more than what I was quoted but still a very good deal.
