"Where do I begin? Big City exceeded every expectation I could imagine. I have never received such good service, whether it be from Travis, Patricia, Rafaela, or Emily in the office or whether it be from Cris my plumber or his assistant Jarvis, for one. It started with Cris locating a yard leak that a couple of irrigation professionals did not find. Then Cris checked a toilet that was again found to have fine tree roots clogging it. So I hired Big City to repair a plumbing leak beneath my home which involved tunneling. Travis spoke at length with me about the process, and he kept me informed on all the steps. All the office staff were immediately available to answer my questions by phone and/or email. Cris was suberb on the job; he took photos of the pre- and-post repairs and showed me the work. They took such good care of me. I love the availability, the honesty, the transparency, the quality of work. and the teamwork. I am so happy with all the work that was performed and grateful that Big City was recommended to me. "

"We've been customers for a few years now and every job Big City Plumbing came to our house for was completed flawlessly and professionally. Today, Gerald and his colleague (who's name I don't remember, sorry) came out to install a new kitchen sink, faucet and disposal. They were very pleasant and professional, finished the job in record time and cleaned up after themselves. And that's with having to pet our nosy dogs and answering all the questions from a nosy homeowner (me!) :-) Overall another great experience with Big City Plumbing."
