"Big City Plumbing came out and found a broken water line between the city meter and my house. They systematically eliminated parts of the system being the cause and dug outside to locate where the line came into the house. They found it where we did not suspected it would be. We haven't repaired the leak yet but they were very courteous and did what needed to be done to find the problem. They kept us apprised of the cost and sent an estimate to complete the repairs promptly. Yes, we highly recommend them and would use them again."

"Big City Plumbing was very responsive, timely, and reasonably priced. They installed a new gas line and connection for an oven and also moved my gas water heater to the outside of my house. Big shout out to Charlie and his team for being very professional when confronted by a neighbor regarding the work they were doing, and communicating with my wife and I. I'll definitely use them again!"

"I've had two separate plumbing issues that needed to get repaired right away and Big City Plumbing was able to get technicians Peter and James out right away. They did a great job and were very thorough in explaining what was needed once they arrived. When completed they explained what they found and what repairs were done. Very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend Big City Plumbing!!"

"Left a review on google but wanted to leave it here also just in case. Had a bad leak out in front yard and needed help ASAP. A friend recommended Big City and they were able to get someone out to me the same day. Joey and Travis were they guys that came and they were extremely quick and efficient. They did an excellent job and I was very happy and grateful with the end result. They replaced the pvc that was cracked at an angle and they put a new shutoff valve and a hose looking extension so the problem never occurs again. The cost was also reasonable and I definitely recommend their services. Thank you Big City Plumbing, (210) 499-1010. "

"I've used Big City Plumbing multiple times, since 2012. Twice within the last several months for two unrelated issues. They have never tried to upsell or make any unnecessary suggestions. They consistently come through and save the day. Plumbing issues can be scary as hell- so thank you!"
