"The two men that came out were extremely polite, respectful, responsive, informative and professional. Not only did they show up on time and inform me on all aspects as they went but took into consideration the nature of the job and cost to me. That was so appreciated and is rare these days. "We had BCP come out to work on our Pressure Reducer Valve that failed spectacularly. We had been waiting a few hours just for a call back from a "big name" to schedule us. My wife called BCP, and they were in our driveway within an hour. The gentlemen they sent were friendly, direct, and got to work right away. And to top it off, their price was 42% of what we were quoted by the other company. Great experience, glad we found them, they will definitely be added to our contact and recommendation list. "

"We had a sewer back up. Called BCP and they said they would come out within hours as we could not use bathrooms, dishwasher or any sink. They came and got the problem fixed. They called the next day to check to make sure all was still OK. I highly recommend them."

"They answered the phone, they came out the day we called and at the time they said they would, we got a text five minutes before they got here saying they were nearly here with a photo of what they looked like, they put on masks and coverings on their shoes, courteous. Great work, great price. Will hire again!"
