"Big City Plumbing Team Wally & Jason are excellent. They answered all my questions and explained each step of the leak test(s) performed. While performing the general static test of the house's drain system, they pulled the hall bathroom toilet and discovered an improper PVC toilet flange shoved down inside the lead toilet riser. With my authorization, they made the necessary toilet repair (additional service). A leak on the drain system was detected and referral was given for third party to determine the location of the leak (under slab) via static pinpoint test. Wally and Jason were professional, courteous and left work site clean. For the past 4 years, Big City Plumbing, LLC has been our Go To for all our plumbing needs."

"Arrived on time, replaced water softener and made sure that all faucets and toilets were working. Checked water heater as well. I have used Big City for a couple years and they have been consistently professional, polite and fair with pricing."
