"Big City Plumbing came over to run camera and locate issue with master toilet having issues with flushing caused by roots obstruction. Gerald and his helper were professional and courteous and quickly got to work on assessing the issue. They showed us the results through the camera footage of the problem. Gerald stated the owner, Travis would give us a call tomorrow on what we can expect to pay for repair. Very pleased with the quick response in assessing the issue."
