"Reasonable prices, This has been a tough year for us plumbing wise! I’ve had to enlist the services of Big City several times for some major plumbing issues each time they have been prompt to help us and their work is very professional. "Outstanding company from the people who answer the phones to the technicians who come out. I was in trouble during a kitchen remodel but Big City fit me in their schedule. Charlie is an extremely personable and conscientious guy. They fixed everything, clean up after themselves, (!) and were professional the entire time. Charlie is also a Cubs fan, so you gotta love him for that. Definitely recommend Big City."
