"I called BlueFrog first bc I just had them put in a new AC and was a “member.” BlueFrog plumber came out, looked at the pipe that needed to be removed & capped. And quoted me over $800. I verified that the 10 minute job of disconnecting 2 pipes and capping 1 was $800. He said yes. Another company had quoted me $275-$325. I called Big City after a recommendation of a former employee of theirs (bf of the liquor store clerk - long chain story). The guy came out said it will be $200-$300 based on how it goes, no more than $300. Took them 10 minutes. Charged me only $200!! Offered to re-light all pilots. Definitely would use Big City again!!"

"Called in for a quote and it was actually honored when the tech arrived. No pressure to upsell services or products, which was appreciated. Signed up for a service plan and actually saved a few dollars in the end. Got my 14 yr old water heater replaced and Joey did a great job. Arrived early, was quiet, efficient and cleaned up after himself. He took the time to explain properly operating it and assured us the unit was properly sealed for CO2 leaks and how to check for future reference. Both ladies I spoke to over the phone also answered my many questions and without attitude or sounding bothered. They both were very helpful and encouraged me to call back if I had more inquires. Great customer service both in-house and with the plumber (Joey) out in the field. Wouldn't hesitate to call Big City Plumbing for future plumbing issues."
