"Cris and James replaced our toilet. They were very professional and explained everything as they did it. They were very efficient and a pleasure to have do work in our house. We have used Big City Plumbing for 7 years and they have always come in a timely fashion and done a wonderful job. In January we had Joey and Joseph out as our outside faucet was leaking. They replaced the bad stuff and now it is as goo as new. I would have written how great they were but I couldn’t get on Google. Now I can give them a shout out at how we appreciated how quickly they came and how expertly they took care of the problem. Thank you Big Ciy Plumbing."

"2 AM the "water" alarm went off near the water heater. It wasn't the heater itself, but the expansion tank was leaking. I called Big City Plumbing right at 8 AM and was told it would be the next afternoon. Oh Lord, I had already dumped out 3 buckets of water. A few minutes later they called back that since the expansion tank only takes about an hour, they could squeeze me in. THANK YOU. It was around 10:30 when Gerald texted that he was on his way. True, it didn't take too long to replace the expansion tank; however, the tank leaked because our water pressure was too high. We had a pressure regulator installed years ago at the water softener. That is now out of code. Gerald and his partner worked another 2 hours removing the old pressure regulator and digging up the ground to install another one by the water meter. THANK YOU so much. Not sure I could have stood hours more of dripping noise and dumping the 1.5 gal bucket every two hours. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BIG CITY PLUMBING."
