"Had an active leak into my garage over 4th of July weekend. Not wanting to shut the house water off for the entire weekend, I called Big City. They sent someone out within the hour got the job done. The plumber was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They do not work on commissions so no attempt to upcharge. Rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend Big City Plumbing for your plumbing needs."

"The two men that came out were extremely polite, respectful, responsive, informative and professional. Not only did they show up on time and inform me on all aspects as they went but took into consideration the nature of the job and cost to me. That was so appreciated and is rare these days. "I had Big City out in January when I accidentally destroyed my water main. They showed up when they said, I got a text prior to them coming and they fixed the issue quickly and improved the piping/shut off vs what was originally there. And the cost was very fair. Fast forward a month, and water is flowing out of my shut off box again... First thought is one of the new connections must have failed. Called Big City again, and they were out within 8 hours. Took a look and this time, it was on the City's side, so they called SAWS for me, shook hands and they were on their way. No charge for the service call because it POSSIBLY could have been the prior repair. These guys are serious about customer service. To all the people who think you can't find honest, reliable service folks, call Big City Plumbing."- < Previous
