"I was prepared to buy a new water heater. Cris from Big City Plumbing arrived and in just a few minutes saw that all I needed was a reset. Our heater stopped making hot water on Saturday. I sent a message to their website asking if I could make an appointment for Monday. Less than an hour I received a call and set up the appointment. Great job!"
