"I bought a new house which required a plumbing inspection. The sellers realtor contacted Big City who came out that day. I was not aware the inspection form needed to be submitted by Big City using an online portal. Patricia at Big City went ABOVE and BEYOND making multiple calls to get the inspection sent in so I could get water service. She was so friendly and helpful! I will be calling Big City for all of my future plumbing needs!"
