"Installed owner supplied water softener and owner supplied two electronic shut off leak valves. One valve for water softener and one for the water heater in attic. Showed up on time and did very professional work. Would call them for work again."

"I called BCP regarding a possible leak in my kitchen. Rafaela in dispatch was polite and managed to get a team to my house the same day due to me having to shut off the water at the meter. Gerald and his team came and diagnosed the problem immediately. He repaired the leak, and even did a minor fix on one of my toilets. Gerald returned the following Tuesday to look at my dishwasher that wasn’t draining and determined it was an appliance issue. The pricing was fair and I received great service. Gerald and his team were courteous and gave great customer service. I recommend Big City Plumbing and will use them again in the future for sure if needed."
