"Cannot say enough about Joey at Big City Plumbing. He showed up today expecting to replace my disposal. It took him a while to knock on my door. I went out to see what was going on and he was turning off my water main because I had a major leak that I called the city about yesterday. He told me the leak was on my side not the city’s. He called his boss to see what he wanted him to do. In the mean time, he changed out my disposal. He then went outside to dig up my pipe in the rain and repaired it. I forgot to mention he has a guy training with him. He could have easily said nothing about the water running down the curb but, he did and backed it up by fixing it. Joey you were Awesome! Thank you"

"Peter and John arrived on time. Water Heater finally gave out. Peter gave me an estimate before any work was done. Both were very professional and friendly. Peter explained everything that needed to be done before hand. All repairs were well done and done very fast. Kudos to Travis for having very good employees. Will always call BCP. Well done guys!!"

"Chris and John were so efficient! They listened to my concerns and then fixed both problems- my dishwasher plus decreased water flow from kitchen faucet. Chris, then, showed me the cause of each issue. Chris is an excellent instructor. Lastly, they cleaned up the area. I am quite pleased with their service and highly recommend Big City."

"Peter and Travis were excellent! They communicated clearly what the options would be to fix a leaking shower faucet. Their prices are competitive, and the customer service that these gentlemen provided was refreshing. Will definitely call Big City Plumbing for future work, if needed."

"I am extremely satisfied with Big City Plumbing of San Antonio, Texas. This is the second job I requested from them. I called the dispatcher on a Friday afternoon and was given a morning appointment for the following Monday. This was NOT an emergency. The plumber was punctual, clean, and courteous. He replaced a leaky outside faucet, fixed a leaky shower and diverter, repairing the antiquated fixtures. The charges were reasonable."- < Previous
