"This is my second experience with this company. Raphaela is always great on the phone and coordinates their field workers. Cris was on time and figured out my problem pretty quickly. The problems was not as severe as I thought. Good experience"

"Rafaela took my call for urgently needed plumbing help early on a Saturday morning. After I briefly described the nature of the problem she went to work trying to find a plumber and she succeeded. She called back to say that Geraldo would be at my home within 2 hours. Geraldo actually made it sooner than that and went right to work. He was courteous and friendly. He had the problem fixed in less than 15 minutes. He then performed a water hardness test because of something he noticed and found that my water softener was doing its job. Both Rafaela and Geraldo gave excellent customer service. I will be calling Big City next time I need plumbing services. BTW I have usung them for many years and always have received competent, professional service at a reasonable cost."
