"Highly recommend!_Drain from the washing machine was backing up causing overflow into the garage utility sink and even the kitchen sink and would drain super slowly, leaving a black mush behind. I thought something must have gotten stuck in the pipe and nothing I did on my own helped._Called Big City Plumbing and got an appointment for the next day! Wally and Jacob arrived and snaked the backyard drain pipe for a solid hour. Nothing came up with the snake but the slow draining issue was resolved. My pipes work better now than they did when I first moved in! Only $175, too."
