"Had a leak between my water meter and shutoff valve, losing about 10 gallons an hour. Initially contacted another company for a diagnosis and quote, was unsatisfied with the result. Then I found Big City Plumbing and I am glad that I did. Rafaela responded to my inquiry quickly and dispatched Cris and Jason to my house. Their experience and professionalism was most welcome. Cris invited me to review their work every step of the way, presented me with options for proceeding, and was forthright about the cost for all options. They fixed my problem at less than half the cost of the first company I contacted. Already recommended their services to a neighbor and will continue to do so when asked.
