"I loved my experience with this company! My hot water heater went out and I had Gerald install one I purchased on my own. He and his partner were on time, professional, courteous, hardworking (in blazing heat!), efficient, and good teachers about how to maintain my new equipment properly. I will only be calling Big City plumbing from now on."

"Very professional and friendly, repaired more than was initially listed in the work order. The lady that calls to set appointments and notify you when plumbers are on the way is also extremely friendly and goes out of the way to be accommodating, highly recommend."
