"The experience with Big City was great all around. I had a drain problem in the main line of the house. Even though the plumbing in this house is very old, they had it fixed quickly. Really good with the communication with their office as well."

"Luis was very professional and did a great job replacing several old leaky valves and installing new toilets in my home. He explained the existing issues when he first came out and then clearly explained what he had done once he was finished with the work. He came highly recommended and did great work."
