"We've used Big City Plumbing twice in the last few months & have been so pleased with the service received. The front office is communicative, with no nonsense. Other companies wouldn't provide an estimate for a straightforward toilet replacement without seeing the job, whereas Big City had pricing ready to go and available over the phone. No surprises, no runaround. Wally handled that job & was quick, thorough, and took great care to clean up. For another job that did require an in-home assessment, Cris and James came out & got us taken care of quickly. Again, no surprises, no runaround. Just honest work at a very reasonable price."
