"We discovered wet drywall on the opposite side of our bathroom sink. We contacted Big City Plumbing and they were out to repair it the next day.
Chris and James were the service reps they sent out. Chris was the lead on the repair and determined they did not have a part they needed so had to return to the shop. Even with that delay they were done with the repair in under 3 hours. Chris was friendly yet professional and explained what he was doing to get the job finished. He is a great representative for this business. We would highly recommend using Big City for all your plumbing needs."
