"Chris and James were very professional and the installation went very smoothly. I was notified by the office to expect Chris to arrive within a 45 minute window, which he did. Both men respected my home by wearing shoe covers and I like the fact that their names were clearly visible. Thank you both for your service and experience. "Big City Plumbing came to our home to diagnose a leak on December 23. Upon inspection, found out that it was underneath the foundation. They returned on the 24th and worked a full day. Very determined to find the leak and repair it in a timely manner. Very impressed that they were willing to work on Christmas Eve. Very professional. Highly recommended. Support local business.
