"We had a dripping toilet water supply valve. As in our past experience, Big City listened attentively, asked questions, and determined that the problem needed same-day attention, even though they didn’t have any appointments left for that day. They promised to call back and try to work us in. Sure enough, we received a call within a few minutes and we were told that someone would be coming out between 2:00 and 3:00, the time we said would be most convenient for us. Sure enough, the repair team called about 1:30 to say they were about 30 minutes away. Luis and Donald(?) introduced themselves courteously, put on shoe covers, and got to work. They had to undo some of my handiwork, but had the problem fixed quickly and tested the system thoroughly before leaving. I appreciated them answering all of my questions and explaining everything they did. Every time I’ve used Big City, the experience has been a good one: timely, professional service at a fair price. They’ve earned my future business."
