"I have used Big City on two different homes, and one was a leak under concrete foundation. Very difficult to find and repair. The cost was by far the lowest estimate.__Always prompt and very receptive if any additional repairs needed. They are good working with insurance claims also. claudia"

"Last week we bought a new dishwasher. When they got here to install it, we learned we needed a shut off valve installed first.I called Big City and talked to Raphela. She told me their first available would be in 2 days . I was okay with that.They were here in the spring to drain my water heater and was told we needed the shut off valve then. It didn't seem urgent so i put it on "the list of things to do" Then she told me if they had an opening beforehand they would let us know. Luckily there a time opened up .Gerald and Joseph were fast and efficient . Then we could proceed with the installation. I highly recommend Big City Plumbing. Great Service ."
