"Gerald and his assistant were very professional and friendly. They checked all the faucets in the house and repair leak during their time here. Additionally, I got a quote to have a toilet installed. I highly recommend them in Big City Plumbing do anyone looking for plumbing work."

"Luis and Felix, we're truly amazing._As it turned out I didn't have the finances to cover the quoted price for the plumbing repair. My predicament was I had to turn the water off to the house to not have a sky-high water bill and I would have to wait until the first. Luis could have just said there was nothing that he could do. "I was very pleased with the work that was performed today. Both plumbers, Cris and his assistant, were friendly and professional. Cris did a great job of explaining the cause of my plumbing issues and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Once the work was done, Cris had me inspect his work and he cleaned up the work area. Based on today's experience, I will call on Big City Plumbing if I have any future plumbing issues."
