"Luis and Felix, we're truly amazing._As it turned out I didn't have the finances to cover the quoted price for the plumbing repair. My predicament was I had to turn the water off to the house to not have a sky-high water bill and I would have to wait until the first. Luis could have just said there was nothing that he could do. Instead, he worked with me on the price and fixed my water leak._Thank you, Luis and Felix, for going the extra mile._And thank you Big City Plumbing_for having a heart ._Dee O"

"I was very pleased with the work that was performed today. Both plumbers, Cris and his assistant, were friendly and professional. Cris did a great job of explaining the cause of my plumbing issues and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Once the work was done, Cris had me inspect his work and he cleaned up the work area. Based on today's experience, I will call on Big City Plumbing if I have any future plumbing issues."

"I was without a functioning toilet and desperately seeking same day assistance. After calling a few companies and having no luck I called Big City Plumbing. They should have been my first choice. They worked me into the schedule and had me back in business in no time. Byron and Joseph were very professional. I am very pleased with the service and quality of work."

"I am very happy with the service i received today. Everyone was profesional from the dispatcher Rafaela to the plumbers Byron and Donald... they not only fixed a leaky bath faucet but a broken cartridge in the spare bathroom.. They exceeded my expectations and the pricing was very reasonable... Once again Thank you all for your service!"
