"We’ve been using Big City Plumbing for about 7 or 8 years for our home, restaurants, and rental properties. Their service, pricing, punctuality, and communication are always great.
On our recent visits for a new restaurant opening, Cris caught a water pressure issue that we totally missed. Because he pointed it out, we were able to bring it up to the landlord, and now the City water system is addressing it, which will really help our operation going forward. Cris is very professional, skilled, and great to work with. He also installed a new water softener for us.
I highly recommend Big City Plumbing for both commercial and residential!"

"After a sudden leak we stressed. I did what anybody did and called the previous plumbing company that has always serviced our home for 4 years and spent $10,000 with on “upsells”. Always fooled by these “highly rated” big name plumbers their customer service and SERVICE don’t align. My original quotes from multiple big name plumbers were $2500. Me and my spouse felt that something didn’t align…we searched and read reviews and found Big City Plumbing. Professionalism, Punctuality, Customer service are just some of the things they deliver on most IMPORTANTLY THOUGH A transparent rate per hour and honest approach to the problem.__They booked us the next day, and we paid SIGNIFICANTLY less. Their service had us rethinking how many times someone in a trade may have been halfway honest or ripped us off. Rafaela was the phone op who booked us but highlighting the two people to ask for. Tradesman Plumber Mr Gerald Johnson and his apprentice Paul assesed the problem and it was something MUCH simpler than what other companies fear mongered it to be.__In conclusion, they earned a life long customer. Ask for Gerald Johnson. I can’t thank y’all enough. I recommend them to everyone from now on. Stop looking and call them FORREAL!!!!!"
