"Had to get my softener rebed with new resin. I was looking for a softener company but, I found Big City Plumbing online which offers a complete plumbing solution rather than just the softener repair service. Knowing that we also had some other minor plumbing jobs to address and after reading positive reviews about the company, we decided to try this company. It was a great decision as their team is very friendly and kept us updated at every step. Their prices are also reasonable and they don’t push unnecessarily to upsell. Special mention for Luis who handled our job thoroughly and very professionally . He also comes across as an honest person.He has been with the company for 5 years and truly reflects the great culture this company has to offer. I recommend using their services."
