"When I called Big City and explained my plumbing situation- Rafaela was very informative and helpful. Luis was the plumber that arrived and he was very polite and explained the process throughly. Showed me the work after - great service and professionalism. Wil definitely use their service in the future."

"My husband(below who just wrote the review, Jinoo wang) and I used this business today. There was a constant leaking from our outside wall, there was a little hole on the pipe but it could cause a lot of water bill._The plumber Wally and Paul was 2nd time to visit our house, they are fast and very knowledgeable, always get here on time._Now our water meter is completely zero, it's wasn't very cheap but you pay you get._Thank you so much !"
