"Great work. Cris did an amazing job, he let me observe the diagnosis process and pointed out exactly where the problem was. Their master plumber Travis was very professional and extremely nice. They didn’t overcharge or try to get in any extra money, great service. Definitely recommend and would definitely use again if we needed to."

When the team from Big City Plumbing needed to tunnel approximately 15 feet beneath my house, I was impressed by their professionalism and their pricing didn’t disappoint. Their quote came in significantly lower than several other reputable plumbers I contacted in the San Antonio area, making it a very reasonable option.
Communication throughout the project was top-notch. They kept me informed every step of the way, and they stuck to the agreed-upon timeline—something I really valued from start to finish.

"Big City Plumbing Team Wally & Jason are excellent. They answered all my questions and explained each step of the leak test(s) performed. While performing the general static test of the house's drain system, they pulled the hall bathroom toilet and discovered an improper PVC toilet flange shoved down inside the lead toilet riser. With my authorization, they made the necessary toilet repair (additional service). A leak on the drain system was detected and referral was given for third party to determine the location of the leak (under slab) via static pinpoint test. Wally and Jason were professional, courteous and left work site clean. For the past 4 years, Big City Plumbing, LLC has been our Go To for all our plumbing needs."

"Arrived on time, replaced water softener and made sure that all faucets and toilets were working. Checked water heater as well. I have used Big City for a couple years and they have been consistently professional, polite and fair with pricing."
