"The plumbers were professional and on time. The old water heater was removed and a new one was placed. The installation included bringing everything up to code. The quoted price was the price charged. The plumbers were friendly and answered all my questions. I would use them again for my plumbing needs."

"Cannot recommend Big City Plumbing enough! Luis and James were so helpful the past few weeks. Initially, we had them run gas to our fireplace so we could enjoy a warm fire this winter. A few days later our hot water heater went out and they were prompt to come fix it. Rafaela and Angel were always quick to answer our phone calls and get us on the schedule. Thanks so much for your help!"
