"Had a great experience with Big City Plumbing from scheduling to job completion. Joey and Tim could not have been more personable and accommodating. They were professional and engaging and I had a great deal of confidence in their knowledge and skills. I needed a particular part and Joey sent Tim to look for it while he continued to work at the house. This saved time which saved me money and I so appreciate them doing this.
